1. Returns and Replacements
Purchases made on www.nutriarc.in are non-returnable once completed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will replace any product damaged during transit.
To Request a Replacement:
- Contact our Customer Support via email or phone within 7 days of your order date.
- Provide your order number, clear photo(s), and a video showing the damaged product.
- Once the damage is verified, we will promptly process a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: Requests submitted after 7 days from the order date will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Cancellations
At Nutriarc, all orders placed on our website are final and non-cancelable.
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including changes of mind, incorrect orders, or any other personal circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We follow this strict policy to maintain transparency, avoid misuse, and ensure smooth operations, especially since we deal in health and food-grade products.

3. Return & Exchange Policy (for Eligible Items)
Eligibility Criteria
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product page for such exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange process, please email us at infonutriarc@gmail.in with the following:
- Order number.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Photo and video proof (mandatory in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Pickup & Delivery Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- For returns, we will arrange for pickup from your address.
- For exchanges, the delivery executive will deliver the replacement item and collect the original item at the same time.
- A quality check may be done during the pickup.
⚠️ In case we are unable to arrange a pickup from your location, you will be required to ship the parcel to us at your own cost. The return address and instructions will be provided in our confirmation email.
4. Inspection and Approval
- Returned items are reviewed by our Quality Control Team.
- If approved, we’ll process the refund/exchange within 7 Working Days of collection.
- If not approved (e.g., item is used, damaged, or not in original condition), the item will be sent back to you.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return or exchange.
➡️ In rare scenarios, the investigation and approval process may take up to an additional 7 working days, beyond the given timeline. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
5. Refunds and Exchange Details
- Refunds are not offered unless the requested exchange item is unavailable in our inventory. In such cases, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
- Exchanges will be provided only for the same item in a different size or style, depending on stock availability and pincode serviceability.
6. Return & Exchange Charges

- A ₹49 return charge applies for all approved return pickups.
- Tiny Trails does not charge for replacements.
- Do not pay any delivery personnel. Report such incidents to our support team immediately.
7. Exceptions and Special Conditions
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Exchange requests will be denied if the returned item is found used or damaged.
- Exchanges are only available for serviceable pincodes.
- Free gifts or bundled offers must be returned along with the original product.
- Nutriarc is not responsible for:
1. Items returned by mistake.
2. Misplaced or incorrect returns.
3. Re-delivery of such mistaken items.
8. Received the Wrong Product?
If you've received an incorrect item in your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to arrange a replacement, subject to the following conditions.
Mandatory Requirements for Processing the Request:
To initiate the process, please email us at infonutriarc@gmail.in within 7 days of your order date with the following:
- A complete unboxing video showing:
> The sealed outer package.
> Opening the package in one continuous, unedited shot.
> The product received inside.
- Clear photos of the product received.
- A photo of the outer packaging showing the shipping label and order details.
Investigation Timeline:
- Once we receive all the required proofs, our team will review and investigate the issue within 14 working days.
- If the claim is approved, we will promptly arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
- If the claim does not meet the policy requirements, we will inform you with an explanation, and no replacement will be issued.
⚠️ Important: Claims without an unboxing video and required photos cannot be processed, as this is necessary for quality control and fraud prevention.
